Some of the best Grand Canyon tours depart from Williams and Flagstaff. Tusayan - Williams

52.8 miles. Trip time is 1 hour. Take AZ-64 south. Go straight until you reach I-40. Excellent road and signage

Sedona - Flagstaff

59 miles. Drive time is 1 hour 10 minutes. Don't use 89A. It's the scenic route. Avoid it during winter, too. Instead, take Hwy 179 south through the Village of Oak Creek to 1-17 junction. This is a modern, 4-lane interstate. Very fast. Good signage.

Phoenix - Flagstaff

146 Miles. Appx. drive time: 2 hours 15 minutes. Where you are in the Phoenix Metroplex, find and access I-17 North and drive it until it terminates in Flagstaff. Weekday, work traffic can get congested.
